dorina are 28 de ani şi în satul comuna a absolvit facultatea de însă nu a apucat săDorina Ailincăi are 28 de ani şi locuieşte în satul Cheliş, comuna Suliţa, judeţul Botoşani. A absolvit Facultatea de Administraţie Publică, însă nu a apucat să profeseze niciodată. Avea un soţ, un copil şi-o viaţă senină când, într-o zi, cerul a căzut peste ea şi lumea s-a sfârşit. Era în primăvara lui 2007, iar Cosmin avea 2 ani şi 7 luni. Învăţa să vorbească, să se mire şi să se bucure. Ş-abia începuse să trăiască, când moartea îi crescuse umbră. L-a încercat întâi în joacă. În spatele urechii drepte i-a apărut o mică umflătură. Ca o pişcătură de insectă, îşi aminteşte mama. A crezut că va trece de la sine, numai că gâlma a început să se umfle, să se înroşească şi să-l doară pe bă­ieţel. Au mers la spitalul din Bo­toşani, unde un medic a presupus că e vorba de un ganglion inflamat. Cum tratamentul prescris de el nu a avut niciun efect, Cosmin a ajuns, în iulie 2007, la Spitalul „Sf. Spiridon” din Iaşi, unde a fost operat. În urma biopsiei, medicii de aici au concluzionat că băieţelul are „o boală autoimună. Au zis că nu-i nimic grav şi ne-au trimis acasă, fără tratament”. Nimic grav însemna, de fapt, o mulţime de celule canceroase care-i mâncau din os copilului. Mama avea să afle diagnosticul adevărat mult mai târziu, când copilul a început să se simtă rău şi să piardă în greutate şi a ajuns din nou cu el în spital. Histiocitoză cu celule Langerhans. „O boală rară. La Institutul Oncologic Fundeni, unde ne internăm periodic, nu mai e niciun copil cu diagnosticul lui.” Poezii cu citostatice Şase luni a fost bine. Părea că boala îl uitase, iar el reîncepuse să se joace de-a viaţa. Mergea la grădiniţă, îşi făcuse prieteni, se înscrisese la cursuri de dans. Apoi, în 2008, boala a recidivat şi-o altă tumoare a apărut lângă urechea stângă a copilului. „Se intervine chirurgical (24.11.2008) şi se descoperă distrucţia corticalei externe mastoidiene, mastoida fiiind ocupată în totalitate de o formaţiune tumorală cu aspect slăninos (proces proliferativ granulomatos?) care se exercizează şi se trimite pentru examenul histopatologic”. Cosmin a început să facă primele cure de chimioterapie în septembrie 2007. De atunci, citostaticele ce i se administrează periodic au devenit un rău obişnuit pentru el. La 7 ani, ştie pe de rost, ca pe-o poezie, denumirile tuturor medicamentelor din schema lui de tratament. Când e nevoie, poate să-şi ia singurel pastilele, înţelege cât de important e s-o facă. În ultimii patru ani a stat mai mult prin spital decât acasă. S-a obişnuit să trăiască înconjurat de durere, deşi lui îi place mai mult la grădi şi la dans. Şi-a făcut Crăciunul, Paştele şi zile de naştere printre citostatice şi colegi de suferinţă. Ştie că aşa trebuie. Şi e convins că va trăi. „Lasă, mami, mai mergem tura asta la spital ş-apoi gata, terminăm cu tratamentul, o să vezi!” El îi ridică moralul. El îi şterge lacrimile de pe obraz. Are doar 7 ani şi jumătate, dar trebuie să fie puternic, e singurul bărbat din casă... Părăsit de tată Când a aflat de boala copilului, tatăl lui Cosmin şi-a părăsit familia. Nu-i ajută financiar, nu-l vizitează în spital când face chimioterapie, nu-l interesează starea lui de sănătate. „Însă Cosmin îl iubeşte foarte mult!”, şopteşte mama. Ultima oară l-a văzut înainte să vină în Bucureşti, la Institutul Oncologic. Cinci minute, înainte ca autocarul să plece din Bo­to­şani. „L-am rugat eu”, mărtu­riseşte ma­ma, „i-am zis să vină, că plecăm, bă­iatul e rău şi nu ştiu dacă mai ajun­gem înapoi”. Deşi nu mai are tată decât în acte, Cosmin are mai mulţi părinţi: îl ajută mult bunicii materni şi mătuşa lui, plecată la muncă în Olanda, care-i trimite bani pentru medicamente şi pentru drumuri la spital. Pentru citostaticele pe care mama i le cumpără singură copilului ei. Fiole de 5 ml de Vinblastin, 35 de euro bucata, din care completează doza terapeutică necesară, de 6 ml. Clastoban şi adjuvante. Banii puţini se duc, picătură cu picătură, pentru ca cel mic să poată învinge boala. Dacă ar putea, mama i-ar strecura, prin branulă, tot sufletul ei. Numai să trăiască. Însă tot n-ar fi de ajuns... Cosmin are nevoie de 5.000 de euro În România, nimeni nu-i garantează mamei că băiatul ei va supravieţui bolii. Sau că se va face vreodată bine. Diagnosticul pus oricum târziu e infirmat astăzi de medicii care nu-şi explică recidiva tumorii. „Acum se crede că ar fi vorba de histiocitoză malignă multifocală”, spune mama. Timpul nu mai are răbdare cu Cosmin. Mama a căutat şi a găsit în Franţa o clinică, Institut Gustave Roussy din Villejuif, unde copilul ei ar putea fi tratat. Deocamdată, doar pentru investigaţii, Cosmin are nevoie de 5.000 de euro.
